Norfolk Neighborhood Expo & U.P.L.I.F.T. Awards Let's celebrate what makes Norfolk great! Join the Department of Neighborhood Services at the 10th Annual Norfolk Neighborhood Expo next Saturday, September 17th from 11am – 3pm at Northside Park (8400 Tidewater Drive)! We're bringing neighborhoods together and Crafting Community Connections with residents of all ages and backgrounds. Enjoy exhibitors, food, prizes, music, raffles and entertainment with your neighbors and family. This year’s Expo will also feature the 3rd annual Community U.P.L.I.F.T. (Unity, Public Service, Leadership, Innovation, Friendship & Teamwork) Awards which serves to recognize those who have performed an act of service that benefitted the community and the residents of Norfolk in 2022.
